They also do classes with puppies and kittens, too.

We’ll admit it: we aren’t ones for getting up in the early hours of the morning to hit the gym – actually, we’re quite the opposite.

And while we like to keep fit and healthy, the idea of spending a little while longer in our bed – rather than the gym – is just too tempting.

However, this latest fitness trend may just be the thing that changes our minds.

Pets Yoga are the first yoga club in the UK which offer yoga classes with puppies, kittens and baby bunnies – and we are SO there.

Each class costs £35 (around €40), and they’re held around London – with the exact location of the class only being sent to you seven days beforehand.

Pets Yoga combines the relaxation aspects provided by yoga, as well as those provided by the companionship from baby pets.

“Cuddling pets can be beyond stress-relieving, this is why we incorporated it to our Yoga sessions,” the organisation said.

The animals are invited to all the classes through pets owners, licensed breeders or charities. The yoga classes offer them the chance to learn how to socialise with people in a soothing environment.

The pets are free to move around the yoga attendees during the class, letting them play and get cuddles during or between the exercises – which Pets Yoga says is part of the animals’ socialisation learning process.

“Pets Yoga long term goal is to work with charities which could be such an amazing way to connect people with a new furry friend,” they said.
