Actress Jennifer Love Hewitt is reportedly in talks to become the next X-Factor judge on Simon Cowell's American panel.
Demi Lovato and Simon are the only two judges who are currently confirmed for the third series of the show; previous judges LA Reid and Britney Spears will not be making a comeback this season.
However, Love Hewitt is apparently being eyed up by an eager Cowell. According to Us Weekly, a source claimed: ''Simon is very interested [in Jennifer].'
Hewitt has released four albums in the past, the first of which is entitled Love Songs from in 1992, the latest BareNaked in 2002.
A long list of celebrity names have been thrown around in regards to the other positions on the panel in the last couple of months, but nothing has yet been confirmed. Another star's name that has been thrown into the mix is former UK judge, Kelly Rowland.
On the other hand, has Love Hewitt got the credentials to be a judge on the panel for a reality show attempting to find the next big pop act?
