This morning, pro-life group Youth Defence got an unexpected new look to their website.
What seems to be the work of a hack-job the new page describes Youth Defence as “an extremist group who actively hide their links to shady right-wing connections and where their funding comes from” and questions its status as a charity, tactics and funding.
The 2,456 worded piece states that it aims to “blow the lid” on Youth Defence and also highlights a list of its “lies currently being told over and over.”
It describes the Youth Defence website as being “hate-filled.”
The group been criticised over its recent graphic abortion campaign in the lead up the Protection of Life During Pregnancy Bill.
The Youth Defence group describes itself as “Ireland's largest and most active pro-life group” who “work to keep abortion out of Ireland.”
