Driving without insurance is a sure-fire way to end up in trouble with the Gardaí and one Cork man has managed to get caught in the act 73 times (yes, really).
Anthony O’Sullivan was jailed for five months yesterday after the sentencing judge had to query the number of previous convictions because he couldn’t believe what he was hearing.
The 28-year-old reportedly has a list of previous convictions for other offences, culminating in a total of 421.
The Evening Echo reports that in addition to a five year prison sentence, Anthony has been banned from driving for 15 years.
The moral of the story here….NEVER drive without insurance.
