And we can’t say we’re too surprised!
Foo Fighters will reportedly be headlining Glastonbury next year.
According to reports, the popular band, who rocked Slane just last month, will be one of three headliners for next year’s festival.
The rock band were due to headline this year’s festival but had to pull out after lead singer Dave Grohl broke his leg at another gig.
Now it has been revealed that Glastonbury boss Michael Eavis has asked the band to return to the stage next year.
“Dave was beyond gutted about pulling out of Glastonbury, especially at such short notice,” a source told The Sun.
“But Michael was quick to book him for next year as he’s desperate for the Foos to headline. He knows they’ll go down a storm a Glasto. Dave agreed, within seconds.”
Earlier this week it was announced that the three headliners for next year’s festival have already been confirmed.
We wonder who will be joining the Foos on stage?
