The Single Ladies dance is iconic. It’s fierce, seductive and sexy with all that black and white and hip thrusting.
Christmas songs are, well, the exact opposite. They’re soft and fluffy and feel like warm milk and cookies. So when comedian Andrea Mann decided to replace the soundtrack of the video with Santa Claus is Coming to Town, naturally the effect is equal parts hilarious and disturbing.
Timing wise it works peculiarly perfectly. Everything else? Well it starts to look like the drunken aunt after another helping of sherry trifle. It’s uncomfortable viewing but hey, welcome to Christmas on the Interweb.
