Gardaí have appealed for witnesses after a 13-year-old boy was struck by a car in Dublin.
The incident occurred near Carpenterstown Shopping Centre at 8.35pm on Sunday February 1st when the pedestrian was struck by a black BMW 5 Series.
According to The Herald, emergency services were contacted and the boy was taken to Temple Street Children’s University Hospital, where his injuries are described as critical.
Witnesses to the collision are asked to contact Blanchardstown Garda Station on 01-666 7000, the Garda Confidential Line 1800-666-111 or any Garda Station.
