Model Brandy Rusher has been seriously injured in a shooting that killed two men and injured four on Sunday.
The America’s Next Top Model finalist (32) is reportedly in critical condition in hospital after a man fired up to 18 shots from a semi-automatic rifle inside an apartment in Houston, Texas.
A 16-year-old girl was also injured in the incident, while two men, aged 31 and 32, have been confirmed dead. A manhunt is underway for the suspects involved.
“We do know it was an AR-style rifle, an AK type or an AR 15. Multiple rounds were fired, 15 to 18 rounds were fired at the group of individuals,” HCSO Deputy Thomas Gilliland said.
It is believed Rusher’s family members are among the victims.
Having appeared on Cycle Four of the show, Brandy Rusher now works as a hair stylist in Houston.
