We’re not jealous at all.

Ireland has a new multi-millionaire today [August 30] after the latest Lotto draw.

That’s right, one lucky player managed to win the jackpot prize – which was worth €4,770,304.

The winning numbers drawn were 26, 27, 35, 40, 41, 42 with the bonus number 5.

As for the Lotto Plus 1, 4, 14, 18, 26, 27, 34 and the bonus 39 were the numbers that came up.

But, sadly, there was no winner of the top prize, which was worth €500,000.

There was another winner throughout all of the draws, though.

The Lotto Plus 2’s winning digits were 8, 19, 30, 33, 36, 47 and the bonus 31 – and one player won the €250,000 prize.

The National Lottery have also confirmed where both of the tickets were sold.

The winning Lotto ticket was sold in the North East, while the Lotto Plus 2 winner bought their ticket online.

It’s been a lucky few weeks after two players won big in last week’s Lotto draw, too.

Two Dublin players won  €330,000 and €250,000 respectively in last Wednesday’s draw.

Lotto chiefs confirmed that one of the winning tickets, a Quick Pick, was sold in Gaskins Centra Store in Glasnevin on Tuesday.

The other player picked up their golden ticket in Dunnes Stores in Blanchardstown Shopping Centre on Tuesday.

The big wins come after it was revealed the cost of lotto tickets will increase again next month.

At the moment, the price of a two line ticket with Lotto Plus is €5. This will rise to €6 in September.

Lotto Plus 1 and Lotto Plus 2 draws will also increase from 50c to €1 when the changes ring in on Saturday, September 1st.
