Limerick City has welcomed the addition of a brand new nightclub.
Amber at House opened its door at the weekend for the first time in Limerick.
The arrival of House Limerick to the city a year ago has already seen the creation of over sixty jobs at the venue, and this new club will add 30 more jobs. Not only that, the nightclub received 1million Euro in investment.

Speaking about the new club, Laura Horan, General Manager of House Limerick said:
“A lot of research has gone into developing Amber. We have looked at what is happening globally and have visited some of the hottest venues on the international night club scene.
We’ve sourced the best ideas from rooftop bars in New York, edgy clubs in Berlin and the coolest spots in London and brought the best of what we found to Limerick.
We are bringing something new and fresh to Limerick and Amber will provide a nightlife experience that is unparalleled in the city. Amber will be the different experience that Limerick has been waiting for.
It’s going to be a place where you can listen to the best music, with our resident DJ, Limerick native, JJ Hartigan of 2FM and experience an unique space with spectacular lighting and intriguing design.”
Shane Lowry, Love/Hate's Laurence Kinlan and model Shauna Lindsey were just some of the names in attendance for the opening night.

The club opens each night from 11pm and is strictly over 23s only.
