Cork will go head-to-head with Donegal in this year’s Tesco All Ireland Senior Ladies Club football finals as Mourneabbey (Cork) and Termon (Donegal) both secured victories in Sunday’s club semi-finals.

The showdown between the two sides has been fixed for Sunday, November 30th. Mourneabbey overcame Laois side, Sarsfields Mountmellick on Sunday on a 1-14 to 0-15 score line – thanks in no small part to a crucial goal from Brid O’Sullivan. Meanwhile, Termon had the upper hand over Galway’s Kilkerrin-Clonberne, recording a 3-12 to 2-12 win.

Elsewhere, Kerry’s Castleisland Desomnds will face Clonbur of Galway in the intermediate club final. The Kerry side saw off Dublin’s Kilmacud Crokes by 0-16 to 3-3, while Clonbur ended Monaghan Harps run on a 4-12 to 2-2 score line.

In the junior division Murroe Boher of Limerick had a decisive win over Dee Rangers of Meath (1-13 to 0-0) which earned them a spot in this year’s final against St. Ciaran’s of Roscommon who had two to spare on Sunday over Dromore of Tyrone (3-15 to 3-13).
