Gossip Girl’s Ed Westwick been named in a lawsuit that alleges he held a woman hostage as a sex slave for 48 hours.

The 30-year-old actor is not named as a defendant in the lawsuit.

Stylist Haley Camille Freedman is instead suing her former business partners, who she claims “cut her out of the business”  because she wanted to go public with the allegations.

According to TMZ, who have seen the lawsuit, Freedman alleges that she visited Westwick’s home with friends in 2014.

She says that the two of them engaged in consensual sex, but claims he then asked her to “strangle him, slap him and spit on him.”

The publication reports that when she refused, she alleges he “did those things to her”.

Freedman says that he entered the shower stall with her the next morning and became sexual with her, against her will.

The stylist alleges in the documents that she was stranded at the actor’s Los Angeles home, didn’t know where she was and didn’t have a cell phone.

She says that Westwick told her he would drive her to her car, but kept delaying it so he could continue to have sex with her.

Freedman claims that she suffered bruising, bleeding and internal tears.

She is suing her former business partners who, she claims, cut her off because she wanted to go public.

She says that she did an interview with a media outlet about the allegations, but claims that Westwick’s team “killed it”.

Freedman alleges that the publication received text messages that misrepresented her “as unstable, disturbed and promiscuous.”

The Gossip Girl actor has denied the claims. Freedman alleges he threatened to sue her, claiming he had proof she was not telling the truth as he had family members in town that weekend.

The actor was accused of rape by three different women late last year. He has denied all of the accusations.
