And now, it has been reported that the winner of the WHOPPER €175 million Euromillions jackpot was in fact a syndicate. Even better? It was a family syndicate of six sisters, which is bloody brilliant. A source told the Irish Mirror: "The Lucky winner is understood to be from Meath. It is believed to be a family syndicate." The winning numbers were 1, 8, 18, 19 and 39. The Lucky Stars were 7 and 9. Can you IMAGINE? The lucky sisters are originally from Duleek in Meath, and the winning ticket was bought in a Daybreak in Naul. Apparently, one of the sisters called the lotto office this morning, seeming "surprisingly calm" and "very together". The six women meet up every Sunday at their late mother's house to play the lottery and have been doing so for years. Fantastic for them.
