Despite the fact we'll be surrounded by fellow feel-good fanatics, yoga gurus, gym bunnies and health experts, there's something just as important, or maybe even most important (for many), and this is the food. Yes, among the numerous yogis, nutritionists, chefs, doctors, and fitness experts descending on Dublin’s Royal Hospital Kilmainham (Saturday May 12 and Sunday May 13), there is also SuperValu and their #SuperHealthy line-up. SuperValu will be there at their WellFood stage whipping up delicious breakfasts and sampling all sorts of yummy nibbles (thanks to their top Food Academy producers) for all to indulge in. On Saturday, events will kick off with breakfast served up by SuperValu at the WellFood area. Then Dr. Hazel Wallace will cook up some healthy recipes from her new book along with a host of other top foodies including Madeline Shaw and Bosh! Sunday will see the boys from The Happy Pear (and SuperValu ambassadors) whipping up mouth-watering and all-round glorious veggie dishes. So yep come 9.30am, you’ll want to dash over every morning and grab brekkie from SuperValu when you arrive, get in that gorgeous porridge or sample some of the Happy Pear's new granola options. If fitness and inspiration is something that also intrigues you, stick around for food and fitness guru, Joe Wicks, four time All Ireland Camogie winner Anna Geary, former Irish Olympic athlete David Gillick, best-selling chef Deliciously Ella, plus James Kavanagh and William Murray - both of whom make up the team at Currabinny. That's not all SuperValu have planned though. They'll also be giving one lucky winner a #SuperHealthy VIP Wellfest experience, which includes a weekend pass to WellFest, a two-night stay in a four star Dublin city hotel, a meet and greet with the food experts back stage AND lunch with The Happy Pear (plus their new book!).
