The EuroMillions jackpot was worth a life-changing €35 million tonight, after nobody won the top prize on the last two draws. Thousands of people across the country are no doubt hoping to see their lucky numbers come up tonight. After all, can you think of a better start to the weekend? The lucky digits for the main draw were 6, 12, 23, 39, 45. The lucky stars were 9 and 12. Meanwhile, the winning numbers for the EuroMillions Plus draw are 8 18, 32, 38 and 39.

It comes as a lucky Munster man who won the €500,000 EuroMillion Plus prize told how he was going to use the funds to set his kids up with deposits their own homes.

The dad, who was one of the 4 record-setting winners of the EuroMillions Plus top prize on February 23 - said:

“I am so excited about this win because it means I can help my three children to get set up with their own houses. What a great way for me and my wife to spend this money. They are young people starting out in life and this will mean a lot to them.”

The National Lottery recently revealed that they had yet to hear from the Cork ticket holder who won €1 million in a special EuroMillions Raffle in February. The Quick Pick ticket, purchased on February 23, was bought at the Eason's in the Wilton Shopping Centre. A spokesperson said that the person who had the ticket number I-DKB-06633 has just one month left to claim their prize, which will expire on May 24.
