Irish Water have announced that they have once more extended their registration deadline.
People now have until the end of 2015 to register for the service without penalty.
According to new rules, customers who register throughout the year will have their bills adjusted accordingly.
A new Water Charges Plan was introduced on Thursday of this week which will cover the period until the end of 2016.
The plan, along with a number of other changes, saw the reduction of the minimum payment or bills from €10 to €5.
Registering with Irish Water will allow users access to a grant and there will also be allowances for children.
