Former Little Mix singer Jesy Nelson has reportedly split from her fiancé Zion Foster after being together for four years.
It comes after Jesy shared the heartbreaking news that her eight-month-old twin babies have been diagnosed with SMA1, which could result in them never being able to walk.
Nelson and Foster, who is also a musician, started dating back in January 2022, and announced their engagement last September.
Jesy gave birth prematurely to her twin babies back in May of last year.
However, a source has since told The Sun that Nelson is no longer wearing her engagement ring.
"She and Zion remain friends and are fully focused on their daughters," The source said.
"They are fully united in co-parenting. Their priority continues to be the well-being of their daughters."
The rumoured split comes just weeks after Jesy shared an emotional video with her Instagram followers, opening up about the Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA) Type 1 diagnosis of her twins Ocean Jade and Story Monroe.
In the video, Nelson goes on to explain SMA as the ‘most severe muscular disease’.
"The girls have now been diagnosed with a severe muscle disease called SMA type one. For those of you who don’t know what SMA type one is, it’s a severe muscular disease that a baby can get," she explained.
"It’s done for spinal muscular atrophy, which can affect, well, it does affect every muscle in the body, down to legs, arms, breathing, and swallowing."
Doctors and specialists at the Great Ormond Street Hospital, where her daughters were assessed, told Jesy that her daughters would be disabled as a result of the condition.
She went on to explain that they have since begun their treatment, pointing out that without it, the babies wouldn't have survived.
