Katie Holmes Fires Her Entourage Because They Are Too Close To Cruise

Katie Holmes has fired her security team due to fears that they are too closely linked to husband Tom Cruise.

TMZ has reported that Holmes, who filed for divorce in New York on Thursday, has sacked her bodyguard and driver.

The pair has worked for Tom Cruise for several years and it is unknown whether or not they are Scientologists.

Holmes was reportedly seen with a new entourage of security earlier today.

Meanwhile, Cruise has hired the lawyer that he used in his high profile split with Nicole Kidman in 2001.

During their divorce the Top Gun star petitioned for sole custody of his children with Kidman and his request was granted.

Holmes also applied for sole custody of the couple’s six-year-old daughter Suri on Thursday in a bid to protect her from Scientology.
