The reality star, known for presenting How Clean Is Your House? and her appearance on Big Brother, died after a short illness.
Many tributes have been made to Woodburn, including Lorraine Kelly.
But fans are not happy with the tribute she gave the star.
"Kim Woodburn, who I’m sure you know well, she’s died at the age of 83. Famous, of course, for How Clean Is Your House and her controversial time on Celebrity Big Brother."
"A representative for Kim said: 'It is with immense sadness that we let you know our beloved Kim Woodburn passed away yesterday following a short illness.'"
Kelly then swiftly moved on to speak about Meghan Markle's viral 'twerking' video.
Since her announcement of Kim Woodburn's death, many fans have slammed her for how she addressed the news.
One person wrote on X that her way she spoke about her death was "pathetic":
That pathetic ‘tribute’ from Lorraine Kelly to our Kim was an insult. She didn’t sound the least bit bothered… how disrespectful. pic.twitter.com/wjWeRoL1WU

Representatives told Metro:
“It is with immense sadness that we let you know our beloved Kim Woodburn passed away yesterday following a short illness.”
“Kim was an incredibly kind, caring, charismatic, and strong person.
“Her husband Peter is heartbroken at the loss of his soulmate.
