What do you reckon?
Ever since she wed Prince Harry in May, eagle-eyed fans of the royal family couldn't help but notice one thing about Meghan Markle's outfits: they all seemed to be a similar kind of shade.
There was the
white Givenchy shirt dress paired with a thin black belt that she wore to the Royal Ascot; the
light pink Prada two piece she wore to the Queen's Young Leaders Awards; and not to mention the
similarly-toned Carolina Herrera outfit she wore for her Trooping The Colour debut.
However, the former actress has switched things up in a big way in her most recent appearance.

The Duchess of Sussex's wardrobe had a noticeable change of colour scheme as she arrived hand-in-hand with Prince Harry at London's Marlborough House tonight.
The pair are attending the Your Commonwealth Youth Challenge Reception, which, according to the palace, is a "culmination of the Commonwealth's youth leadership workshop".

Meghan chose a vivid mustard dress by Brandon Maxwell, who was formerly Lady Gaga's stylist.
She paired the knee-length sheath dress with a pair of nude Manolo Blahnik pumps and minimal jewellery - (rightly) letting the vibrant colour of the dress take center stage.

It had previously been speculated that the 36-year-old had been wearing neutral, cream and blush in an effort not to distract from (or clash with) The Queen, who is known for her colourful outfits.
But as Her Majesty wasn't there tonight, fans of the royal family were delighted with Meghan's choice to wear a bold colour instead.
One person said:
"This whole look is a world of AWESOME!! She looks like herself, young and beautiful."
Another added:
"HRH, The Duchess of Sussex looks STUNNING."
Someone else commented:
"Very beautiful dress tonight. Simple, elegant, and regal."
