Nine-Month-Old Baby Granted Bail Following Murder Accusation In Pakistan

A nine-month-old baby has been accused of attempting to murder policemen in Pakistan. According to Gawker, Muhammad Mosa Khan or  'Musa' was one of 30 people charged with trying to steal gas and murder police by stoning them to death. He has since appeared in court, where he sat on his grandfather's lap, and was granted bail to appear again on April 12th.

The child's father said that police had taken a fake case against him, his son, and others and Punjab's Chief Minister has called for "stern action" against the officials who brought the case against the infant.

"Our crime is that we had protested against non-availability of electricity in our locality," said Musa's father.
