Despite being barely big enough to see over the steering wheel, the boy barrelled down a 35-mile-per-hour road at more than twice the speed limit while other drivers alerted the emergency services to his erratic driving.
After a four-mile joyride, the police caught with the boy racer and no parties were returned home safe and sound. When asked where he was headed, he informed them he was going to his grandmother's house.
