PIC: House For Sale With South Facing Garden… And A Pig In the Front Room

Selling a house in a competitive market means sometimes you need to throw in a freebie or two. This house in Ipswitch, England offered something a little more unusual with the £120,000 property – a pig stretched out in the corner. The animal was seen lying on the floor of the front room, before Once Connells estate agents realised the unexpected visitor in the sitting room and removed the image.   The image was posted to Rightmove.co.uk but was removed once the agents realised that not all prospective buyers want livestock as part of the bargaining process. Suffolk Trading Standards also got involved by offering guidance on owning a pig, while a spokesperson for Once Connells estate agents later confirmed the animal was the ‘house pet’.
