It might be a craft brews and food fair but there are gin and cocktails too – lots of them!
So, gin lovers and beer fanatics – you’ll want to set aside a spot in your diary for this. Ireland’s largest gathering of craft brewers and distillers is on its way to the Convention Centre, Dublin.
From Thursday March 8 to Saturday March 10 the Alltech Craft Brews and Food Fair is playing host to over 60 exhibitors (all boasting the finest beverages around). Best bring all the gals and pals because this year is set to be terrific.
Whether you’re mustering up your next big business venture or simply planning on having fun with friends, this one is not to be missed. Alltech Brews will be showcasing the latest innovations and trends (both boozie and foodie) AND there’s a new Distillers Quarter this year. It’s entirely made to cater to all the spirit and cocktail lovers across the land, and apparently… it’s fancy. Sure, at least if the gang go missing, you’ll know where to find them.
Featuring a number of mixologists, the new and exclusive Distillers Quarter will be serving plenty of tasty cocktails and refreshing craft spirits while you and the crew can relax in its cosy surroundings. So be sure to take your time and get sampling the mixes, many of which were made especially for the fair itself.
You’ll also meet some fresh and newbie gin makers like Ha’Penny Gin (try their Rhubarb Gin!) and Beara Distillery (created by two gin-loving siblings). But let’s not forget about the beers now. Larkins Brewing Company launched three core beers in January and they’ll be at our service too. Sounds to us like it could be the perfect event to quench your thirst.
We’ll be there for a number of sweet treats like tasty flavoured popcorn from Cornude and the Rolling Donut, plus tasty beer specials like a new Honey Beer which we hear Galway Hooker is launching! Certainly sounds like there’s plenty on offer to tickle the taste buds!
