Vincent Butterfield is best friends with Zac Mossage who was diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia, a cancer of the blood and bone marrow, in June 2013.
When seven-year-old Vincent was asked "what is friendship?", the little boy replied "it's a beautiful thing."
Vincent decided to shave his hair after learning that Zac would lose his as a result of chemotherapy, “I cut it off. I wanted to make Zac feel like he's not the only one without any hair," he told news outlet KSDK.
