Better get checking those tickets.

Last night’s EuroMillions jackpot was worth an eye-watering €102,382,992, after there has been no jackpot winner since November 16.

And while plenty of people were hoping to have the lucky ticket and scoop up the jackpot, there was one player in Ireland that really struck it rich.

The winning numbers for the main draw were 2 12, 15, 34, 50 and the lucky stars were 3 and 4.

While nobody won the main prize, three people did win the Match 5 + 1 Stars sum – including someone in Ireland – netting them a prize of €489,376.

However, at this time it is not clear where in Ireland the lucky ticket was sold.

Not a bad way to kickstart the Christmas holidays.

Meanwhile, the winning numbers in the EuroMillions Plus draw – which had a prize of €500,000 – were 2, 4, 18, 33 and 43.

The last big EuroMillions win in Ireland was on December 11, when one player in Laois won €500,000 in the EuroMillions Plus draw.

Meanwhile, the last time a player in Ireland won big in the main draw was on October 30, when four players – including two in Ireland – won the Match 5+1 Stars. They each got €233,212.
