Tomorrow then includes sleet but the snow will continue on high ground and in parts of Northern Ireland. At the moment, the national forecaster says that the cold weather will continue for most of the weekend with widespread frost overnight on Sunday. Monday will improve somewhat with dry weather in the south but again, there could be frost overnight. On Tuesday, northern counties are likely to experience wintry showers but the south might see an extended period of dry weather. However, it’s likely to remain cold and frosty all week so don’t get too excited.
