The 25-year-old is the only woman on the list of 10 players which also includes the likes of Robin Van Persie and Diego Costa.
It was Stephanie’s wonder strike for Peamount United against Wexford Youths in the Women’s National League that earned her the nomination.
Voting (click here) closes today and the winning goal will be announced on January 12th 2015 at the FIFA Ballon D’Or awards.
