Idris Elba is currently training for Bastille Day, a film about a US operative who tries to help a young boy when he is linked to a terrorist attack in Paris.
There's no denying that the actor is already in very good shape but he's training hard for this role nonetheless. Idris shared the below video to his Instagram account yesterday and let's just say it is getting a LOT of love.
The British actor shared the video with the caption: "Training for my next Film. Bastille Day. Grinding."
Bastille Day is being directed by James Watkins and in addition to 42-year-old Idris, reports say the film will also star Charlotte Le Bon and former Games of Thrones actor Richard Madden.
