After being on the market for two years, Vogue Williams and her husband Spencer Matthews have finally sold their luxurious London home.
Vogue shared the news in a YouTube vlog, also confirming that they had found and bought their "forever home" only a short distance away from their Battersea property.
The TV presenter and her husband had been living in their Battersea apartment for seven years.
The pair initially put the property on the market towards the end of 2023 for €6.8million (£5.7m).
Months later, they reduced the price of their four-bedroom to €6.15million (£5.25m).
In 2025, the price was lowered to €5.5 million (£4.7m), and by May, the property appeared on Rightmove for an even smaller €4.6 million (£3.95m).
In her YouTube video, Vogue gave viewers a glimpse of their new home, though she admitted they wouldn’t be moving in for at least 18 months due to major repairs that need to be completed.
For the time being, Vogue and her family are staying in a nearby rental home, not too far from their Battersea home.
“We sold our apartment. It’s gone. End of an era. The apartment is gone,” Vogue told fans.
“We’ve got a rental around the corner so that the kids can stay in school because we have bought our dream house.”
“I’ll miss this apartment. We’ve lived here for seven years. It’s the first place we lived together. All our kids were born here. So, it’s going to be weird saying goodbye, but at the end of the day, we have this amazing house that we’re going to love so much,” Vogue continued.
“This is our forever house. I know that people say that, but it actually is our forever house. It’s like my dream home in Ireland. And this is the dream home here, where I think the kids will grow up.”
“I walked in, and I couldn’t even hide from the estate agents that I had no intention of not owning that house,’ she said. ‘So, we probably didn’t get the deal we could have gotten, but I couldn’t help myself because I was so excited by it.”
In her YouTube video, Vogue gives her fans a tour of the unique features in their new home, including fireplaces, cornicing, and ceiling roses.
