Gardaí in Limerick have launched an investigation after a woman was punched in the face while out jogging.

The woman, aged in her 20s, was stunned when two young males on e-scooters attacked her.

The incident happened in Rhebogue, Limerick on the evening of May 3rd.

The woman was jogging along the popular Richmond Rugby Club canal route.
