To wear a veil or not to wear a veil: that is the question.

Or, at the very least, one of the things you need to consider when thinking about what you're going to wear on your wedding day. When I began to plan my wedding to my fiancé, I was adamant that I didn't want a veil. They seemed too traditional for what we were planning; like it would be adding too much to my outfit and, most of all, I was nervous that I was somehow going to end up tripping over it. It just didn't make sense, I thought. But after finally founding 'the' dress, I was persuaded to try one on - after some not-so-subtle nudging from my mum - and...it wasn't so bad. I'm not entirely converted to the idea, I'll admit, but the veil brought the outfit together in a different kind of way than I thought it would look. So, it's an option - but I've still got my eye on a bit of sparkle to wear in my hair on the day. Flowers

There are a number of ways to mix flowers into your 'do, from braiding them through your tresses to wearing a flower crown - whatever way you choose, the blossoms will add a touch of romance to your big day. Or, if you want the look without having actual flowers, you can always use a hair chain to get the same effect.

Hair Chains

There are so many different styles of hair chains or circlets, so this is probably one of the ones that works perfectly no matter your bridal style: from boho bride to dreamy and romantic. It's a great way to add a bit of bling to your wedding look without going too over the top.

Hair combs 

Dainty and delicate, while still adding a touch of glamour - a hair clip works both on its own or in combination with a veil (if you're unable to totally make up your mind).

A statement headpiece

If you're after a touch of drama in your wedding outfit, then a statement headpiece may be your best bit for the big day.
