HOW does she do this?

Simone Biles is set to become the first woman to ever perform a triple double flip in a competition.

The US gymnast will attempt to land the jump – which involves two flips followed by three twists in a tucked position – in an upcoming competition, making her the first female gymnast to ever achieve one.

The absolute GOAT (greatest of all time, just in case you weren’t aware).

During a recent training session at the GK Classic in Louisville, the 22-year-old performed the incredibly impressive triple double.

And, lucky for us, the Olympic Channel were there to catch it on camera.

Take a look at the intense skills below if you want to feel guilty about what you had achieved before you turned 22.

So many flips.

Far too impressive.

The gymnast also added a new layout to her class move, ‘The Biles,’ which now involves a new tumbling pass on top of a double layout with a half turn.

This is, again, a move that only Biles has performed.

A four-time Olympic gold medalist, Biles was named as one of Time Magazine’s most influential people in the world, as well as ESPN’s most dominant athlete, of 2018.

She picked up four gold medals, one silver, and one bronze at last year’s world championships, making her the most decorated gymnast in American history.

Biles is now working towards the 2020 Olympic Games in Tokyo.

20×20 is an ambitious two-year long initiative to better promote and champion women in sport.

With the tagline of “if she can’t see it, she can’t be it,” the 20×20 movement has three targets to reach by 2020:

  • 20 percent more media coverage of women in sport
  • 20 percent more female participation
  • 20 percent more attendance at women’s competitions and events

And at Maximum Media, we’re proud that Her and SportsJOE is backing the 20×20 movement as official digital media partners.
