10 of the most popular Disney tattoos in the world

Disney will always hold a special place in our hearts.

From the Lion King to Aladdin; Lilo & Stitch to Beauty and the Beast, there’s no shortage of ways for Disney fans to show their love for the happiest place on earth (like that Mrs Potts teapot, for example).

But it turns out that Mickey Mouse & Co have become a huge inspiration for inking ideas, as well.

Browsing through Instagram under #disneytattoo (and the many, many spin-off hashtags), there’s more than a hundred thousand inking ideas from fans. However, it turns out that some of the characters – and movies – are a little more popular than others among tattoo fans.

The folks at PlayLikeMum used Instagram hashtag data to find out which Disney films and characters are the most popular when it comes to Disney-inspired ink.
