Paul Deneve, former CEO of famous fashion house Yves Saint Laurent, has been recruited by multi-billion dollar company Apple.
It is said that Deneve will be working on unnamed “special projects” within the company and will be reporting directly to Tim Cook but it’s still pretty unclear what exactly he’ll be doing.
Deneve said he was departing from the company "to pursue a career in the technology industry."
The sought-after Belgian has managed a series of companies in the fashion industry, including Courreges, Nina Ricci, Lanvin and YSL.
It would seem like a rather unusual hire for the world famous computer company but Deneve is in fact former Apple employee having worked with them for seven years back in the 90s.

It’ll be interesting to see what this former fashion house giant will be doing or changing within the company. We’re guessing that they’re looking for a fresh new look in design but honestly, who knows?
