The Anthony Ryan Best Dressed Lady competition at the Galway Races is one of the most fiercely contested titles in fashion and this year’s winner has just been announced.
Teacher Helen Murphy from Cork was named ‘winner all right’ on the day, thanks to her chic ensemble of a white top and eyecatching turquoise skirt from Coast.
This year’s winner walks away with a one carat diamond solitaire pendant valued at €8,500, a shopping spree worth €1,500 and €1,000 cash, as well as a Lancôme Presentation Gift Hamper worth €500 and a corporate hospitality package for Galway Races October Bank Holiday Racing Festival.
Prizes were also awarded for ‘Wear Irish’ and ‘Best Hat’ at this Ballybrit festival, with Emer Nash and Paula Clancy taking the honours in Suzie Mahony and Edel Ramberg designs.
