You can now get matching Halloween costumes for you and your dog

Sarah McKenna Barry

These are seriously cute.

Halloween is fast approaching so if you haven’t got your costume sorted just yet, you might want to get a move on.

Having said that, whipping up a costume isn’t always the easiest feat. Going solo in your fancy dress can be a bit daunting, which is why couples costumes are often handy. However, convincing your partner or best mate to go full out with you is easier said than done.

Thankfully, if you’re lucky enough to have a furry friend in your life, Boohoo might have the solution for you.

The fashion retailer has just launched matching Halloween costumes for owners and dogs alike – and they’re absolutely adorable.

Fancy channeling everyone’s favourite law grad this October? Boohoo have you sorted for all your Elle Woods needs. Fashion lovers can bend and snap their way into this cute pink blazer (£25/€29.43) with a matching skirt (£18/€21.19), while your own pooch can approximate Bruiser with this charming dog outfit in hot pink (£15/€17.65).

If Cruella is more your style, you and your dog can pay homage to the villain by dressing up as dalmatians. After all, is there anything more meta than dressing your dog up as a dog? I don’t think so.

The human dogsuit (OK, catsuit) comes in at £20 (€23.54), while the dog outfit costs £12 (€14.12).

For those who wish to go down a more traditional route with their pooch this Halloween, Boohoo have plenty of options in that regard.

Fancy dressing your dog up as a skeleton? This cute jumper is just £10 (€11.77).

If you know that your dog is good as gold, then why not celebrate them by dressing them up as a literal angel for your Halloween party? These wings retail at £10.20 (€12.01).

In terms of sizing, Boohoo say that a small fits chihuahuas, mini dachshunds and small yorkies. Medium fits Jack Russell terriers, border terriers, yorkies and pugs, while large is recommended for large Westies, large cocker spaniels, beagles and old English sheepdogs.
