As we step into a New Year, a lot of pressure is put on people to instantly become their 'best self'.

But for Chantel Jeffries, life is all about balance. The American DJ just released a collection with PrettyLittleThing which focuses on comfort, yet doesn't miss out on style. With total Yeezy-esque vibes coming from the collection, we asked her what the inspiration was behind the look. "When on the road and travelling, comfort is key. I got the majority of my inspiration from my love of being cosy and I wanted to go for colours that could all be mixed and matched so you could make the most amount of outfit combinations," she said. We're living in such a hectic society that we sometimes forget the importance of downtime, so if Chantel could only wear one outfit for the rest of her life, it would definitely be "a soft tie dye top and sweatpants," with her describing the ones from her collection as "beyond cosy." We're right there with her. Between work, relationships, hobbies and family, we sometimes forget to just *chill* for a minute, so we could take some advice from Chantel when she says that having alone time is so valuable. "Life is all about balance, especially for the true Libra that I am.  With all the constant stimulation it’s important for me to have time alone to rest and process everything. "I’ve been spending a lot of time in the studio working on new music, filming and touring," the DJ said, however in 2020 she's going to try "be more organised!
