New year, new me.
Or so the saying goes.
And although this year, we’re not tying ourselves to any major resolutions (predominately because we don’t think they work!) One thing we are doing is choosing a healthier and happier approach to 2019.
Exercising more, eating better but not going cold turkey when it comes to treating ourselves. We want 2019 to be the year we become the best version of ourselves and so, with a little help from our friends (cue Penneys), we can at least be motivated to workout thanks to their gorge new Alice Living range.
