Kim Kardashian’s Valentine’s Day outfit came from an Irish company

We can see why she chose it.

We can see why she chose it.

Kim Kardashian went out on a date night in New York City for Valentine’s Day with Kanye West and what did she wear? Only a skirt from an Irish company.

Of all the things she could have worn she splashed out on a vintage piece from Open For Vintage. The piece was a 1980s Escada long black velvet skirt with a thigh high slit.

The inside was lined with a bright red rayon which was visible when she walked.

Here it is in isolation:

The company is owned by three Irish entrepreneurs, Colin Saunders (CEO), James Loftus and Sarah Kate Byrne. They set up the online vintage store ten months ago and feature a number of Irish boutiques on the site including Siopa Ella, The Dawson Jewellery, The Designer Exchange, Dirty Fabulous, Miss Daisy Blue and Delphi Antiques.

Open for Vintage has caught the eye of a number of stylists and celebrities recently, one of which was styling Kim Kardashian. She sourced a number of items from the site for Kim to try and brought them to her in LA.

Kim herself purchased the items as she loved them so much, one of which was the skirt she wore for her Valentine’s Date with Kanye.
