Lingerie brand ThirdLove says there’s seven different types of breast shape and identifying yours can help you find the perfect bra.
As we know, cup size is important when it comes to picking the right bra but length, width and where your breasts ‘sit’ can also have a bearing on getting a good fit.

Femail, here's a little bit of information on what
ThirdLove has to say.
East West - if your breasts tend to move apart with a gap in your cleavage, then you’re an East West.
A t-shirt bra will lend a streamlined effect and help your breasts to sit comfortably together.
Side Set - similar to East West, your breasts tend to fall away from each other but they’re usually fuller than ‘East West’.
A plunge bra is a good option which helps your breasts to gravitate towards each other.
Slender - This shape refers to breasts that are often longer than they are wide and again, a plunge bra lifts them together.
Bell - this shape refers to women who have breasts that are smaller at the top and fuller at the bottom.
Steer away from balconette styles and opt for a bra which offers support.
Asymmetric - some women may find that one of their breasts is bigger than the other.
It’s not always noticeable but if you find it becoming a problem, then a bra with removable padding can help.
Teardrop - Third Love says this is shape refers to full breasts that are slightly less rounded at the top.
This shape usually fits most bras, from strapless to plunge to balconette.
Round - this type is pretty much self-explanatory but if your breasts are equally as full on top and bottom, you can opt for a bra with less support.
On that note, we’re off to make some purchases...
