The New York Fashion Week trend that’s probably in your wardrobe

If it's not, it really should be!

Cathy Donohue

This is one trend that’s popping up everywhere at the moment.

Love it or hate it, pink is here to stay and there’s multiple shades to choose from.

Dusky pink is always a personal favourite and it’s in style for the foreseeable future, after a model rocked it at the Proenza Schouler show yesterday.

Thankfully, this is one colourway readily available on the high-street as you can see from the below picks.

This Mango blouse (€29.95) is your perfect everyday staple piece.

If you want to dress up and score a bargain at the same time, try the Meliana Dusty Pink Slinky Kimono Sleeve.

It’s €35 but looks considerably more and you’ll find it at PrettyLittleThing.

Heart print shoes aren’t for everyone but given the day that’s in it, I’ll include one love-themed option.

Of course, you can mix it up with different shades of pink too. I mean, how adorable is this ensemble… the pink jacket is ideal if you want a change from denim (€68) and the rucksack (€40) is the perfect neutral.

Bright pink is also on trend as you can see from the Oscar de la Renta runway with the model rocking this slick suit.

The best news is you can get a similar look for a bargain price as this two-piece (jacket €23, trousers €16) has just landed at Penneys.

Go forth and get your pink on!
