One week to go! Win tickets to Ladies' Day at the Galway Races

Win tickets for you and four friends to Ladies' Day at the Galway races.

This time next week the gates will be opening at Ballybrit racecourse to welcome the crowds to the Galway Races. Thursday at Galway is always a huge occasion, when the best of Ireland's fashion and racing worlds come together for Ladies' Day.

And this year Thursday, August 1st, is going to be extra special for two big reasons. Firstly, the Galway Races is celebrating 150 years, meaning that the entire racecourse is bound to be buzzing on what is traditionally the biggest day of the Festival. And secondly, Her has come on board to sponsor the Best Dressed competition so the fashion will be FIRECE.

The Her Best Dressed judges are broadcaster Síle Seoige, author and nutritionist Rosanna Davison and Her's Gillian Fitzpatrick. Together with Her's team of style spies, they'll be scouring the racecourse to find a winner with a fresh new take on raceday dressing.

There are amazing prizes up for grabs, with the Best Hat winner receiving a luxury stay in The Lodge at Ashford Castle, worth over €1,500. Meanwhile, the Best Dressed winner will walk away with a trip with an incredible Emirates Holidays trip to the Seychelles, worth over €2,500, and a whopping €3,000 in spending money.

All in all, Ladies' Day at the Galway Races and the Her Best Dressed competition is an event to to be missed – which is why we're giving away tickets for one lucky person and four of their friends to come along and join in the fun. The tickets are worth €30 per person, so whoever lands them will already be off to a winning start for race week.
