If you want to make your wedding stand out, this is one way of doing it.

Although traditionally bridesmaids dress the same, perhaps with slight differences in the design, there's a new trend emerging. Some bridal parties are now wearing completely different dresses and although it won't be for everyone, we think it's pretty cool. Rachel Bilson, one of our fave girl crushes, attended one of her best friend's wedding recently and shared some images on Instagram.

For Olivia and Jeff's nuptials, the bridesmaid squad, all 14 of them, wore mismatched dresses and they looked like they had the BEST time.

This isn't the first time this trend has made an appearance on social media and it appears to be more popular for bridal parties with big numbers. Annabelle Caufman Soudavar and Maximilian Moehlmann's wedding was featured in Vogue last year and Annabelle also opted for this theme. Although she decreed that her gal pals choose dresses with a romantic, floral vibe, this was the only stipulation and after that, her friends chose their own dresses. It makes for some fab photos, as you'll see below. The Alice & Olivia dress is sheer perfection!
