You could study style for years, and still have scope to learn more.
It’s an interesting topic that doesn’t always get the love it deserves, with some dismissing it as frivolous.
We wear clothes everyday (although a duvet day now and then is compulsory), and wearing something you love can often change your mood.
In homage to the dynasty that is style, this A-Z guide will bring you a little insider information on one of our favourite subjects, this week concentrating on all things U.
UGG
UGG boots are pretty much a love or hate trend, there’s no room for middle ground here. A couple of years ago, the popularity of the slipper like boots reached staggering heights of popularity. It has to be said that they’re extremely comfortable and they look great teamed with jeans and a cosy jumper. The UGG range includes bags, clothing, outerwear, hats, gloves so there’s plenty of options if you’re a fan of the brand.

Underwear as Outerwear
Wearing underwear as outerwear is a popular fashion trend thanks to celebrities such as Kim Kardashian and Rihanna. It doesn’t have to be completely risqué but bralet tops and slinky lace separates are everywhere. When styled the right way, it’s a trend that can look great, but it can go the opposite way too. If going down this route, stick to clean lines and neutral colours. Don’t overcomplicate it.

Urban Outfitters
If you’re looking for cool accessories that you won’t see on everyone else, Urban Outfitters is a must visit. The hat Lucy Watson is wearing in the photo below is from Urban Outfitters and an example of the cool pieces available at this spot. The American multinational company has its headquarters in Philadelphia, Pennslyvania and was founded in 1970 by Richard Hayne, Scott Belair, and Gabriel Tham-Morrobel. It has over 400 shops worldwide and it’s definitely one of our favourite haunts when on a shopping expedition.
