The €17 Penneys maxi dress is THE bargain of the summer

Penneys spring summer collection has turned up some serious gems in recent times and each piece is more fab than the last. The latest piece to drop is this stunning sunshine yellow maxi dress and at €17, we just can't get over how fab it is. This is one of the first maxi styles we've noticed dropping this season and it's the colour we're totally loving. We adore the strap detailing and the best thing about maxi dresses is that they're just so easy to wear. Those pearl sliders look very similar to the style that launched last year and we will just have to snap them up (having missed out the last time around). In the model shot, the dress has been styled with red tassel earrings which look like they could be from a designer and wait for it, they're only five euro. Statement earrings had a moment last year and this look is continuing as a major trend in 2018.
