A pretty top is always a good place to start and when the prices are this affordable, we can't help but shout about these bargains. The blouses featured below have just landed at Penneys and they're exactly what's needed to update your current wardrobe. They're priced at just EIGHT EURO, *bargain alert*...we might just have to make a trip to the shops after work. Let's be honest, 'jeans and a nice top' is the type of outfit that will never ever grow old and that's why you need an array of cute blouses and cami tops to choose from. We're told that these pieces are due in store now but as always with new bits and pieces from Penneys, they're not likely to hang around for very long. We've spotted lots of tops just like this red polka-dot one on Instagram but none are as affordable as the adorable option from our fave bargain retailer. The black floral blouse is also fab because it will go with so much and we have a feeling these tops will be worn on repeat this summer.
