The flattering €37 River Island dress that we will be LIVING in for the next few months.

It was absolutely freezing at the beginning of February and now a few days later, we are positively sweltering in our heavy knits with temperatures significantly rising this week. This awkward, in-between spring-summer period can be a nightmare when trying to find outfits that work and so you need some wear-everywhere, go with everything failsafe basic pieces. Case in point, this gorgeous €37 River Island dress. It's the Black Ribbed Bodycon Maxi Dress and just look at that stunning tortoiseshell detail. You can never have enough black dresses because they're so flattering to wear and very useful in a wardrobe crisis. We are loving the length of this particular €37 River Island dress and the fact that it can be worn casually but also dressed up for evening too. We're also loving the Brown Leopard Print Tie Neck Blouse and at the time of writing it's available in all sizes but given how fast the pink one sold out, we can't see it sticking around for too long. Just look at the ruffled neckline, the tie detail, the sleeves...a statement blouse at its very best. River Island stylist Hannah has tucked into her jeans here and we are just loving the look. It's priced at €43 and you can wear it so many different ways - with jeans, tailored trousers, a leather mini, a pencil skirt and culottes. Five outfits from one piece, that's not bad at all and yes, of course, we're currently justifying how we can make another spring purchase.
