The One Tip You Need To Know Before Going Bra Shopping

MInd. Actually. Blown.

Bra shopping isn’t the easiest of tasks, you might get a cup size that fits but then chances are it will either be too loose/tight on your back.

However, there’s an interesting tip to make the process a lot easier and it’s all down to ‘sister sizes’.

The Bra Fit Expert, Christina Faraj Savarese, spoke to Buzzfeed Life recently and explained what this involves.

“By going down in the band size and up in the cup size, the cup capacity of the bra will remain the same.

“You can adjust your bra size and still get the same or similar fit. For example a sister size of 34C is 32D.

“You may be a 34C in a structured push-up bra, but a stretchy lace bra in 34C won’t fit the same. In this case you would try a sister size, either 32D or 36B”.

To find your sister size, check out Buzzfeed’s handy infographic which is sure to make life a LOT easier next time you’re bra shopping.
