The only way to get through this nightmare weather is to focus on the fact that summer will arrive, eventually. We're nearing the middle of March and snow, yes SNOW, has been predicted for the weekend so in an attempt to distract, we're holiday wardrobe planning. First up is this stunning crochet dress from River Island which comes in two colours, black and white, and is just a gorgeous piece for the upcoming summer season. The maxi dress, €55, features stunning lacework which of course means it's see through but you can layer it with a slip for daywear and of course, it's a pretty stunning beach cover-up too. We adore the white option although the black might be more practical and if you have that holiday booked, we advise shopping as soon as possible. River Island isn't the only high-street store with fab sun-appropriate pieces, there's some gorgeous swimwear in Penneys at the moment. Namely, this rose gold €14 one-piece which we think you'll agree is a serious bargain. It's worn by Suzanne Jackson in the image below and our fave part is this the type of piece you can wear so many ways, we're thinking it would be fab with denim shorts and sandals for a casual dinner.
